My name is Andy Eubanks, and I'm proud to have been born and raised right here in Eastern North Carolina. Serving others has always been at the center of who I am. I spent eight years with the Kinston Fire Department before transitioning into the pork industry, where I continued building relationships and serving people throughout our community. Four years ago, I joined the land brokerage industry and found a career that allows me to combine my passion for helping people with my appreciation for the land and the outdoors.
Whether helping a family find the perfect property, assisting a landowner with the sale of a longtime family farm, or guiding a client through an investment purchase, my goal is always the same—to provide honest advice, build lasting relationships, and make the process as smooth as possible.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my wife, Mindy, and our three children, Avery, Addison, and Asher. Family is the foundation of everything I do, and I strive to bring those same values of honesty, hard work, and integrity into every relationship.
