Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, Allen has deep roots in the land and communities that make this area home. Allen grew up working the family’s tobacco farm in Lenoir County, where he developed an appreciation for hard work, agriculture, the outdoors, and the land itself at an early age.
Allen spent 20 years serving as a law enforcement officer in Lenoir County before transitioning into real estate. For the past eight years, Allen has focused on selling land and recreational properties throughout Eastern North Carolina, helping clients navigate everything from farms and timberland to hunting properties and investment opportunities. During that time, Allen has been fortunate to close more than $40 million in land sales.
Allen believes successful real estate is about more than simply completing a transaction. It is about understanding what a property means to the client and helping them accomplish their goals. Whether its helping someone find the perfect hunting property, sell a family farm, make an investment, or purchase a piece of land for the next generation, he takes great pride in providing honest guidance and working hard on their behalf.
Allen lives in Lenoir County with my wife, Beth, and our children, Seth and Makinzie. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll most likely find me outdoors with family and friends, chasing deer, ducks, or turkeys.
For Allen, land is more than just real estate—it’s a way of life. Allen is proud to help others find, sell, and invest in the land that means so much to them.
