Matt Beaman is a lifelong Eastern North Carolina resident with a passion for land, agriculture, and serving the communities he calls home. Growing up on his family's farm gave him firsthand knowledge of the value of rural property, allowing him to provide clients with practical insight when buying or selling farms, timberland, recreational property, and country homes.
In addition to his real estate career, Matt serves as the Director of Operations and Head Football Coach at Arendell Parrott Academy, where he has built a reputation for leadership, integrity, and strong relationships. Whether helping clients market their property or find the perfect piece of land, Matt is committed to delivering honest advice, exceptional service, and a results-driven approach every step of the way.
Matt and his wife, Kristin, are proud to call Eastern North Carolina home, where they are raising their four children—Thomas, Dylan, Reed, and Cam.
